Corporate dinners

Clients on the terrace, partners around a long table, an after-board dinner — refined French menu, discreet service, on time.

Intimate weddings

A ceremony at home, a villa dinner for the closest circle, a tiered cake at the end — the chef cooks himself, plates himself, leaves no trace.

Family celebrations

Birthdays, anniversaries, milestone dinners — formats from twelve to forty, every dietary preference respected.

Iftar & Eid

A Ramadan iftar at home or an Eid family gathering — a halal French menu prepared to Dubai’s standards, paced for a long evening, in formats that honour the table.

When the format calls for it

Standing receptions and walk-around service

Weddings

Intimate weddings, fully catered

Small weddings — twenty to sixty guests — are part of the offer. The chef cooks the dinner himself with a brigade calibrated to the headcount; service is plated or family-style depending on the room. A tiered piece-montée can be added for the dessert moment.

For larger weddings (80+ guests), please get in touch — we can discuss the right setup, the partner brigade, and what is realistic at your venue.

Corporate

Client dinners, board dinners, partner dinners

A small footprint in your residence or your terrace, a refined French menu, attentive plating, and an end-of-evening exit that leaves no trace. Discretion is the rule — names, photographs and addresses stay between us.

The chef can also handle off-site corporate dinners at private venues — Palm villas, Downtown rooftops, DIFC residences. Brief the format and the headcount, we’ll calibrate the team.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What formats do you cater?

Private dinners (10–40), corporate dinners and cocktail receptions, intimate weddings, family celebrations, Ramadan iftars and Eid gatherings, festive-season dinners. Larger formats and majlis seating are handled with a partner brigade — get in touch with the headcount and the venue, the chef will tell you what is realistic.

Do you provide staff and equipment?

Yes — service staff are calibrated to the headcount and the format, with a maître d’hôtel for larger dinners. Specific equipment (rechaud, plancha, additional cool storage) is brought in when the venue does not have it.

Can you work alongside an event planner?

Yes. The chef partners regularly with planners, florists, photographers and venue managers — he is the kitchen authority on the night and a calm collaborator in the run-up.

Can you prepare a fully halal event menu?

Yes, absolutely. Halal menus are prepared to Dubai’s standards, with sourcing and preparation handled accordingly. The cuisine is rooted in classical French technique — sauces, fonds, fish, game, pâtisserie — and adapts cleanly, with no compromise on the plate. Vegetarian, gluten-free and bespoke dietary needs are built in the same way.

How early should I book for peak dates?

UAE National Day (early December), the festive season (late December through New Year), and Ramadan / Eid are the busiest windows. Aim for 6–10 weeks’ notice when you can. For shorter notice the chef will still do everything possible — please reach out.
