Weddings
Small weddings — twenty to sixty guests — are part of the offer. The chef cooks the dinner himself with a brigade calibrated to the headcount; service is plated or family-style depending on the room. A tiered piece-montée can be added for the dessert moment.
For larger weddings (80+ guests), please get in touch — we can discuss the right setup, the partner brigade, and what is realistic at your venue.
Corporate
A small footprint in your residence or your terrace, a refined French menu, attentive plating, and an end-of-evening exit that leaves no trace. Discretion is the rule — names, photographs and addresses stay between us.
The chef can also handle off-site corporate dinners at private venues — Palm villas, Downtown rooftops, DIFC residences. Brief the format and the headcount, we’ll calibrate the team.

Yes. The chef partners regularly with planners, florists, photographers and venue managers — he is the kitchen authority on the night and a calm collaborator in the run-up.
Yes, absolutely. Halal menus are prepared to Dubai’s standards, with sourcing and preparation handled accordingly. The cuisine is rooted in classical French technique — sauces, fonds, fish, game, pâtisserie — and adapts cleanly, with no compromise on the plate. Vegetarian, gluten-free and bespoke dietary needs are built in the same way.
UAE National Day (early December), the festive season (late December through New Year), and Ramadan / Eid are the busiest windows. Aim for 6–10 weeks’ notice when you can. For shorter notice the chef will still do everything possible — please reach out.
