Intellectual property

Photographs, copy and design elements published on this site are the property of Chef Savin Events LLC or used with permission. Reproduction or reuse without explicit written authorisation is prohibited.

The chef’s name, image and pedigree are personal to Chef François Savin and may not be associated with third-party offers or platforms without his written consent.

Personal data

Controller: Chef Savin Events LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Applicable framework: Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and, for visitors located in the European Union, the GDPR.

Data processed: what you send through the contact form, by e-mail, WhatsApp or phone (name, contact details, date, venue, number of guests, message), then the exchanges needed to quote, book and perform the dinner.

Purposes and legal grounds: answering your enquiry and issuing a quote (steps taken at your request before a contract); performing and invoicing the service (contract and legal obligations); measuring the site’s audience and the performance of our advertising (legitimate interest; see “Cookies” for how to opt out).

Retention: an enquiry without follow-up is kept 3 years after the last exchange; the documents of a performed service (signed quote, invoices, related correspondence) are kept for the legal retention period that applies to accounting records.

Processors: the form is relayed by Web3Forms (United States) to our mailbox; the site is hosted by Cloudflare (United States); measurement and advertising rely on Google, Meta and Microsoft Clarity, established in Ireland and the United States; each publishes its own privacy policy (links below). Your data is never sold or shared for any other purpose.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by e-mail to booking@chefsavin.com.

Cookies and measurement

This site does not display a cookie banner. When a page loads, it uses Google Analytics 4 (audience measurement), Google Ads (conversion measurement and remarketing), the Meta pixel (measurement and advertising audiences on Instagram and Facebook) and Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and anonymised session replays, form text masked). None of them receives your name, e-mail or phone number. You can block these tools in your browser settings or with a content blocker, and opt out of personalised advertising with Google and Meta.

Applicable law

The publisher operates between the UAE and France. Disputes are addressed under the law of the jurisdiction relevant to the contract entered with the client. Please contact us if you need to discuss the specific frame applicable to your engagement.

Editorial mentions and pedigree

Where the chef mentions Michelin-starred training, the reference is to a past period during which the establishments concerned held the Michelin distinctions named, Restaurant Georges Blanc (3 stars), Château Saint-Martin (2 stars, alongside chef Yannick Franques), and Les Sources de Caudalie. The chef does not claim a current Michelin distinction on his own behalf.
