Trained alongside seven chefs who were Michelin-starred at the time, notably Restaurant Georges Blanc (3 stars at the time) in Vonnas, Château Saint-Martin in Vence (2 stars at the time, alongside chef Yannick Franques), and Les Sources de Caudalie. Independent since 2016.

In Dubai since late 2024 — bringing the same kitchen, the same standards, to a different stage.

Frequently asked questions

Where do you cook in Dubai?

Across the city — private villas on the Palm, residences in Emirates Hills and Jumeirah Bay, Downtown and DIFC apartments, and yachts in Dubai Harbour or out at sea. The chef brings the kitchen to you.

How does pricing work?

A bespoke service fee per evening, calibrated to the menu, the number of guests and the format. Groceries are sourced at cost and billed transparently, so you keep full control of the produce and the budget — an advantage, not an upcharge.

How early should I book?

Earlier is easier for peak dates around National Day, the festive season and DXB Expo windows. For more spontaneous evenings, do reach out anyway — we often keep availability and can call on trusted partner chefs when needed.

Can you prepare a fully halal menu?

Yes, absolutely. Halal menus are prepared to Dubai’s standards, with sourcing and preparation handled accordingly. Menus are also shaped around vegetarian, gluten-free or other dietary needs, and around family-style or majlis formats — always tailored to your table.

Can you cater larger formats — weddings, corporate, family gatherings?

Yes. For intimate weddings and small corporate dinners we cook on site as a small brigade. For larger formats (50+ guests), please get in touch so we can discuss the right kitchen setup, service team and timing for your venue.
